FEES
Couples
- Online: $200 for 55-60 minutes
- In-Person: $220 for 55-60 minutes
Longer sessions can be arranged in advance
Payment information
- Online sessions are payable prior to the session by bank deposit.
- In-person session invoices are also sent prior to your appointment, payable by bank deposit prior to your session, or by EFTPOS at the end of the session. Please note the 1.9% merchant fee is added.
Individuals
- Online: $140 for 55-60 minutes
- In-Person: $155 for 55-60 minutes

Good to know
- Reminders: You will receive a text reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time and provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: When you book an appointment, that time is specifically reserved for you. The full session fee will apply for a cancellation made less than 40 hours prior to the appointment time. The cancellation fee needs to be paid in full before the next scheduled session. A request to reschedule is required at least 24 hours in advance and the session paid for and held over to the rescheduled appointment time. Thank You.
- Rebates: Please be aware that Medicare does not currently cover counselling and psychotherapy services. However, some private health insurance policies offer rebates through their extras cover, so please check your individual policy for details.
